Mortgage Advantage Annual Package Fee - $395
Customers can pay the annual fee by nominating any Commonwealth Bank transaction account (excluding passbook accounts) or credit card.

Off the Plan applications is $800
**When there are two or more new home loans, investment home loans or Viridian Line of Credit applied for at the same time the Establishment Fee is $600 for each of the first two accounts, plus $300 for each additional account.
**If a transaction is a family equity transaction requiring the 80:20 loan split and the No Fee Variable Rate Loan is written as Loan 1, a Rate Saver Home Loan/Investment Home Loan can be written for the smaller loan (i.e. 20%) if below %150,000. A $300 upfront establishment fee applies for the Rate Saver Home Loan/Investment Home Loan rather than the usual $600.
Note: The 80% relating to the No Fee Variable Rate product must meet all the usual lending criteria including minimum loan amount of $150,000. The loan must be written as multiple loans i.e. cannot be a split loan.
